   evaluation for large-scale examinations: handwriting extraction from
   scanned answer scripts, an anonymised marking pipeline enforced by
   architecture, human examiners retained in the loop, and complete
   auditability of every mark. Designed around an explicit priority
   hierarchy of accuracy first, then efficiency, then speed. It has NOT
   been run on a public examination.
